Person-and-photo verification is a separate check from publication approval, membership or email verification.

✓ Video & photos verified

A platform administrator has reviewed a private verification video, checked its recording code and matched the person to the approved profile photos. No identity documents are required. This is not verification of a legal name or government-issued identity. A green badge is shown only while the recorded verification still matches the checked profile details and photos.

○ Not yet verified

No current video-and-photo verification is recorded for this profile. This can mean it has not been checked, the verification was revoked, or checked details or photos have changed. It does not by itself mean the advertisement is false.

Profile reviewed

The profile has passed platform publication moderation. This label does not mean the person's identity or photos have been independently verified.

What verification does not promise

Verification is not a guarantee of service quality, conduct, availability, safety or a booking outcome. Make your own informed decision before contacting or booking.

For advertisers

Publication approval and buying membership do not grant a verification badge. Submit a private verification video for administrator review. No passport, driving licence or identity-document upload is needed. The administrator must watch the video, check the recording code and compare the photos before approving. Verification videos expire 30 days after upload and are removed by scheduled cleanup; decisions and audit references remain. Changes to checked details or photos require a new check.
